Our Promise: If any installation does not meet the agreed-upon project specifications outlined in your contract, we will rectify it at no additional cost to you. This includes corrections to hardscaping, irrigation systems, and overall design implementation.
We believe in doing the job right the first time, but if any issues arise, we're committed to making it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We carefully select and install all plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure they thrive in your landscape. All new plantings come with a 30-day health guarantee from the date of installation.

Important Note: This warranty is subject to proper irrigation and care as outlined in the maintenance instructions provided at project completion. Damage caused by neglect, extreme weather events, pests, or improper watering is not covered under this guarantee.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please review our cancellation terms:
Deposit Refunds: Deposits for scheduled projects are refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will be subject to a small administrative fee to cover planning and material ordering costs.
Administrative Fee Structure:
For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with charges applied only for work completed and materials purchased.
